Material & Pipe - Restricted Yield material

Restricted Yield (RY) material is a Quenched & Tempered (Q&T) Chrome - Molybdenum (Cr - Mo) steel with Yield Strength ≤ 140 ksi. According to ISO 15156 such material can be safely used in Sour Service environment as long as temperature ≥ 80°C.

  • Consider 13 5/8" 88.20# Q125-1 with RY option for your Exploration Intermediate Casing
  • Consider  9 7/8" 62.80# Q125-1 with RY option to taper from the upper production casing such as 10 3/4" 97.1# T95
  • Consider  9 7/8" 66.90# SM130G with RY option  to taper from the upper production casing such as 10 3/4" 110.2# SMC110
